Shipping Policy
At Farms To Table, we are committed to delivering fresh, locally sourced produce directly from our farm to your table with care and efficiency.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 5 PM will be processed the next day.
- Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the following business day.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 7 AM – 6 PM.
Delivery Timeline
- Local Deliveries: Within 24 to 48 hours of processing.
- Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available for pantry/dry items).
- We ensure your items remain fresh during transit using insulated packaging and temperature control, where necessary.
Shipping Fees
Free delivery on orders above ₹500.
A flat rate of ₹100 applies for orders below ₹1000.
Subscription customers enjoy free shipping on all recurring deliveries.
Packaging & Freshness Guarantee
Perishable items are packed in eco-friendly, insulated boxes to maintain freshness.
If you receive a damaged or spoiled item, notify us within 24 hours with a photo for a replacement or refund.
Missed Delivery
If you’re not home:
Our team will leave the package in a safe place (if instructions are provided).
We may attempt redelivery once. Additional charges may apply for further attempts.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
Returns are not accepted.
Refunds/replacements are only issued for items that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
